Healthy Food Tip: Gluten Free Wraps

If you’re looking for an alternative to bread or wheat wraps, I highly recommend Food for Life’s wraps. They are gluten free and relatively low in carbohydrates.  It has 24 grams  or carbs -2 grams of  protein = 22. Not too shabby!

 

The Food For life brown rice tortillas are very versatile.  I make a vegetable omelette and make a breakfast burrito.   For lunch- and make a turkey, cheese, olives, arugula, mayo wrap and voila.  For dinner- you can make mini pizzas topped with your favorite sauce, protein and or vegetables making them a perfect  for easy quick meals.

There are just hundreds of ways to enjoy there wraps.  So, if you are looking for a nutritious, filling, delicious, gluten free wrap, in my opinion this is one if not the best out there in the market.
