My passion for the natural approach to healing has allowed me to create this space to share what I continue to learn, apply and research every day. This all started when I decided to take my health in my own hands, and manage my own health struggles. I strongly believe in the power of nutrition with wholesome foods, exercise, emotional healing, relaxation techniques, and overall positive lifestyle changes to achieve balance.
I have always questioned everything– for that reason researching comes naturally to me. Most importantly the content that I write and post about is science-based research with sources to back it up.

A little More About Me
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, finding a way to stay active, love the outdoors, cooking from scratch, and finding local restaurants that value quality and organic foods. I love to travel and do it often locally, laughing it up with the good company, and drinking my favorite drink– Kombucha.
I have a degree in C.I.S with a track in computer programming. Also, diploma certification in Web Development and Business programming. Bragging aside, I have put all of that to good use. Rest assured that I’ve got this baby, and your information is protected 24-7. I value your privacy and I would never spam or compromise your information.
I update the website with fresh articles on the latest breakthroughs in health and wellness, functional nutrition, healing foods, and superfoods. Top-of-the-line protocols, health news, and have created a shop with organic clothing only. Everything is easy to find.

I have created a closed Facebook group where you can share and talk about anything that conrcens you in a more — “private setting”. Holistic parents like me are welcomed too, so we can all share our experiences, knowledge, recipes, home remedies and everything I have learned along the way with you. Healthy child= happy child!
After earning my degree I worked for a corporate as a Web Developer for several years. All of the while learning about holistic medicine, and using food to heal. What seemed to be a turn for the worst in my career and life making decent money– actually allowed me to follow my longtime dream: To help people like you discover how to gain your health back, and enjoy many more years with those you love as healthy as possible. Just like I did, and strive to do every day.
I do not believe in “perfect anything” and try to balance my life accordingly– this website is no exception. My family and I do not follow a particular “diet”– instead, we aim to lead the healthiest-uncomplicated life possible while living a little. Consuming wholesome organic vegetables and fruits, pastured meats, or wild-caught seafood as much as possible, is crucial for optimal health. However, I am aware that some of you may follow a particular diet due to allergies, severe gastrointestinal conditions, and auto-immune diseases such as Celiac Disease, lupus, hypothyroidism, or even IBS. That is why, I have created, or adapted some of my favorite recipes that I feel will contribute to those and other dietary needs.
Thankfully the only allergies in my house are to crustaceans and the lucky winner is…? Yup, me! No big deal I don’t even like shrimp anyway! Ok, I am lying… I do drool over shrimp scampi and those lobsters from Maine, but hey that’s ok, one can’t have it all. I, however, can eat as much salmon as possible. Clams, and other sustainable and heart-healthy food.
When I am not recreating some of my favorite dishes so they are healthier such as my best “Arroz Con Pollo“, or my gut-friendly and delicious Kefir Smoothies. you will find me researching the latest in preventing, healing, or reversing diseases naturally. I like to experiment with healing juices and have no fear of juicing up some vegetables, making my famous Ancient Golden Paste, to boost several minerals, vitamins, and healing properties to then share it with you– my lovely and supporting readers! I absolutely love what I do now. Most of you appreciate what I do, and that is what keeps me going. Thank you!

How healYOUnaturally was born
Like many of us trying to lead a healthy lifestyle with setbacks and stressful times, I can tell you that I am no different than you. As someone who has experienced some medical conditions including acid reflux & excruciating back pain (herniated disks & sciatic pain), I can absolutely relate to what you may be going through. Those of us who have experienced severe sciatic flare ups deserve a spot somewhere in the hall of pain. There is nothing, I repeat nothing more debilitating and agonizing than that kind of pain. Labor has nothing on Sciatica.
I also reversed what would have been TypeII Diabetes (I developed Gestational Diabetes while pregnant) with dedication, a very strict Keto diet, and exercise I was able to reverse it. Diabetes runs in my family, so I constantly check my MFG. That being said, I know that contrary to what we’ve been told, we don’t have to inherit our family’s conditions. I learned that it isn’t so much your genes that determine your health– It is what you do or don’t in terms of lifestyle that makes a difference. If you want to change, you have to be the change.
So how did I do this? Well, I started doing my own research and learned how to adapt to a healthy lifestyle that works for me. For example A lower carb high-fat diet, the right supplements, exercise, and sorry to sound like a broken record: general lifestyle changes.
I have benefited from many of these natural remedies and lifestyle changes because perhaps like you– I tried the conventional approach without successful results. Now, being that the natural approach worked for me, family members, friends, and even strangers– I made it my mission to share the good news with people like you. I wanted everyone to know that there was hope to treat most chronic medical conditions in most circumstances– and that my friend is this website was born. Conditions such as GERD-Acid reflux, celiac disease, UTIs”s, and how to lower blood pressure to name a few, can be prevented, cured, and even reversed naturally.
Take for example Acid Reflux; I personally had my share of miserable years suffering with GERD- Acid reflux to the point that no matter what foods I ate, healthy or not made me sick.
That’s when I took matters in my own hands and decided to find the root cause of acid reflux, and what I had to change in order to get better. Finally, I learned about habits contributing to acid reflux, and how to use home remedies that worked. As a bonus, they were natural and cheap too.
I had no idea how close I had been to healing my agony, only that at that time I didn’t have the tools or knowledge to finally get rid of it. I endured years of discomfort, pain, sleepless nights, and misery– thanks to GERD and indigestion. Granted, I had stressful days at work, late dinners, choosing the wrong “healthy” foods, and somewhat bad habits. Like me, you too can get rid of GERD and other diseases for good.
I can guarantee that the natural remedies, foods, and new habits absolutely worked. Before I made these changes I had tried everything. From over-the-counter acid blockers, PPI (proton pump inhibitors) such as: Protonix, Prilosec, Prevacid, and OTC like tums, and Zyrtec. Lots of propped-up pillows ended in a massive stiff neck the following morning, while simultaneously curving my back into an unnatural position, creating yet another issue. No thank you!
Those were just temporary ways to mask the condition not find the root cause of the problem. I can now confidently say that I feel great GERD-Acid Reflux free for good.
