Here is a list of 200 calorie foods– healthy and unhealthy.
It is very easy to forget what the calorie count is for certain foods. I don’t advocate macros or calorie counting when you are healthy or have achieved your health goals. However, I do recommend when watching your glucose levels, have Diabetes, high blood pressure, or any other chronic condition.
