Here is an easy and informative guide to help you decide

As always, choosing local produce, meats and eggs should be you number one choice.   Oh I live in the the city and have no time to go out to the farms you say?  In case you aren’t aware, there are farmer markets that travel through out the city to central areas who offer locally grown and often times organic products.  Check out  www.harvest.org or www.locallygrown.com  where you can find farmer markets, and local farms.
