Vitamins And Mineral Boost Juice

Ingredients

  • {If possible try to get all organic vegetables}
  • 1 cup of Spinach
  • 3 medium Kale leaves
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small green pepper seeded
  • 1 large slice of pineapple
  • 1 lemon juice +

Instructions

  • Wash and clean all of your vegetables.
  • Juice all ingredients using a regular juicer.
  • +I like to add the lemon juice right before drinking this juice.
  • I like to use the Juice Fountain by Breville because it collects pulp within the footprint of the unit to conserve counter space. Plus, I sometimes juice fruit first then save it to add it to my plain yogurt or chia pudding etc..
