Raw Crunchy Vegetables Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Cabbage leaves
  • 1 Carrot thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup of olives
  • For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs organic raw coconut water vinegar * For added probiotics
  • himalayan salt
  • mixed pepper
  • garlic powder
  • oregano and basil
  • *apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • First make the dressing and put it in the fridge. It tastes better after being refrigerated even for a few minutes.
  • Pull the cabbage leaves from the tough stem, and brake into desired byte size pieces.
  • Cut cauliflower into desired size leaving most florets intact.
  • Add sliced carrots
  • Add olives.
  • Massage all of the ingredients thoroughly (If you were adding the dressing here is you'll add it)
  • Boom 6 minutes and you've got yourself a nice serving of veggies.
