First make the dressing and put it in the fridge. It tastes better after being refrigerated even for a few minutes.
Pull the cabbage leaves from the tough stem, and brake into desired byte size pieces.
Cut cauliflower into desired size leaving most florets intact.
Add sliced carrots
Add olives.
Massage all of the ingredients thoroughly (If you were adding the dressing here is you'll add it)
Boom 6 minutes and you've got yourself a nice serving of veggies.
