3.Pastured ground sausage or a protein of your choice
Instructions
In a small pan add 1 tsp of coconut oil and cook sausage, set aside.
In a large stainless steel Wok or large pan add remaining coconut oil and saute garlic and onion in coconut oil on medium/high heat until they look golden in color.
Add peas/carrots mix, cabbage and cook for about 3 minutes.
Next add Califlower, Coconut Aminos and Scrambled eggs.
Stir for a few minutes to make sure all ingredients are incorporated well.
Serve with your favorite protein or just by itself.
This recipe calls for pastured organic sausage, but you can add a protein of your choice or to keep it strictly vegetarian just add your favorite vegetables.
Notes
I used Gluten free Tamari sauce in the original recipe without realizing it contains soy. I avoid soy at all costs. If you do as well, you can use Coconut Aminos instead as I will in the future. Also a wok works best as it is easier for stirring but you can use a pan deep enough like one to make stir fry. healYOUnaturally Healthy Ingredient Benefits ™Cauliflower
