Antioxidants, Probiotics Healing Salad with Sweet Creamy Dressing

Ingredients

  • Preferably organic ingredients
  • 2 cups of organic salad greens
  • 1/4 cup of arugula
  • 1/2 orange pepper
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 2 tbs favorite nuts or salad topping optional
  • Condiments find organic condiments here
  • Himalayan salt
  • Mixed Pepper
  • Salad dressings usually consist of oil an acid, and seasonings. I take mine to the next level with probiotics.
  • Dressing
  • Juice of 1/2 tangerine
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbs Kombucha
  • 2 tbs plain Kefir
  • 3 tbs organic extra virgin olive or flax seed oil find OEVOO here

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil and dressing ingredients in a small bowl until they blend (about 30 seconds).
  • In a large bowl add salad greens
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Add condiments and mix again
  • Serve!

Notes

More often than not, the ratio of oil to acid is 3:1. That means for every three tablespoons of oil you use, you're going to need about one tablespoon of acid. That however, is all up to your taste.
