Antioxidants, Probiotics Healing Salad with Sweet Creamy Dressing
Ingredients
Preferably organic ingredients
2cupsof organic salad greens
1/4cupof arugula
1/2orange pepper
1/2cupraspberries
1/2apple chopped
2tbsfavorite nuts or salad toppingoptional
Condimentsfind organic condiments here
Himalayan salt
Mixed Pepper
Salad dressings usually consist of oilan acid, and seasonings. I take mine to the next level with probiotics.
Dressing
Juice of 1/2 tangerine
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2tbsKombucha
2tbsplain Kefir
3tbsorganic extra virgin olive or flax seed oilfind OEVOO here
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil and dressing ingredients in a small bowl until they blend (about 30 seconds).
In a large bowl add salad greens
Add remaining ingredients
Add condiments and mix again
Serve!
Notes
More often than not, the ratio of oil to acid is 3:1. That means for every three tablespoons of oil you use, you're going to need about one tablespoon of acid. That however, is all up to your taste.
