Anti Inflammatory Super Healing Juice
Ingredients

red cabbage leaves
1/2
raw beet root
3
celery stalks
1/2
a cup aloe vera pulp
1
small apple
1
thumb size ginger
1/2
lemon
1/2
tangerine
Instructions
Juice all of the ingredients.
I prefer to squeeze the lemon and tangerine right before drinking the juice, just to keep the enzymes intact. However, you can add them to your juice (if you don't mind the bitterness from the skin :)
