The benefits of aloe vera can have a great impact in your overall health. Specially, because of these three main categories of research including anti-inflammatory, anti- bacterial, and the anti-viral actions of the plant.
The juice is said to soothe digestive tract irritations such as colitis, ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome. Carrots Ginger Aloe Fusion Juice
- 7 medium to large size carrots
- 1/4 red cabbage approx 5 large leaves
- 3 aloe very crystals
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 small thumb ginger
- 1/2 red delicious apple
- Before drinking add
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 lime juice
- Juice in no particular order. However, I love to juice vegetables first then fruits. Finally add the lemon/lime juices right before drinking.
