What is jicama and where can I find it? Love the summer coolers and cookies will definitely try those.
Astrid
Hi Lilian,
Jicama is a white bulbous vegetable native to central america. It resembles a potato but only wetter and crunchier which you can find at your local ethnic food store. I am glad you loved the recipes. Enjoy!
