Plus hacks for instant relief (Sans the Meds)

Back pain can be extremely debilitating, making simple activities like walking, sitting, or even getting dressed a struggle. I can describe back pain—specifically, sciatic nerve damage and herniated discs—as one of the most intense types of pain imaginable. Pain, in general, has the power to significantly impact your daily life, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

If that sounds like you, I am glad you are here.  I talk in detail about my story on how my back pain ordeal started here, and below you will find how to get relief once and for all.

Ready to reclaim your health and end back pain’s disruption? Let’s gooooooo…

First, we’ll define back pain and explore its causes.

What Is Back Pain

Back pain is mainly experienced in the lower back and originates from nerves, muscles, joints, bones, or the spine. It can stay in one position or gradually spread out to other areas, including arms and legs.

Back pain can vary from a sharp tingling to continuous aching, making it difficult for you to move. It can initiate rapidly if you try to lift something heavy. Back pain can progressively get worse. According to a survey performed by the American Physical Therapy Association, about 61% of Americans suffer from low back pain.

What Causes Back Pain

Back pain can occur if you suffer from mechanical problems in the back, such as spasms, ruptured disks, disk breakdown, and tense muscles. Pain can also occur due to injuries from accidents, sprains, falls, and fractures.

It has been seen that back pain (Read more and get the (book helped me heal here) is associated with different conditions, such as spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, kidney stones, pregnancy, spinal problems, arthritis, endometriosis, infections, fibromyalgia, stress, or tumors. Aging can also be a factor in back pain. Younger adults suffer from soft tissue strain or pain from the back muscle or disc space. In elderly people (above 60 years), pain may emanate from fractures or joint degeneration. However, if you haven’t had any injuries back pain is mainly caused by bad posture.

Pain in the lower back region is the chief symptom of lower back pain. The pain may either be experienced in the lower back initially or spread out to other areas of the body, such as the legs or even the pelvic area. The pain gets worse if you sit or stand for hours or perform any activity in the same position for prolonged periods of time. You may experience weakness or numbness in either the front or back of the leg. This will make daily chores extremely difficult.

When severe muscle spasms occur, the lumbar nerve is compressed, then severe back pain develops, making it pretty much impossible to sit, walk, stand, and even sleep comfortably. This is mainly caused when the sacral nerve is wounded or compressed in many cases by a bulging disc(s), which is what I had.

Treatment, Instant Relief, and Ending Back Pain For Good

Back pain can be quite debilitating. However, you must understand that your back pain may not be the same as that of your friend or neighbor. You must be careful when taking advice from others, as the stretching, resting, and lying that works for others may not work for you. Furthermore, your back pain can be aggravated or worsen your symptoms.

If you are tired of painkillers, steroids, and topical patches with strong chemicals masking the problem and damaging your organs, then you are in the right place.  No, I am not saying that you shouldn’t go for conventional methods. I am saying that you must try everything within your power before you go under the knife.

Finding Balance with Supplements (Supplements for Back Pain)

If obtaining sufficient sunlight or following a balanced diet is difficult, taking supplements can be a helpful alternative. Research has demonstrated that vitamin D supplements may alleviate chronic low back pain. However, it’s essential to consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement regimen. Let’s explore the supplements that can help with back pain.

It’s always best to consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen. Let’s start with the supplements to heal back pain

Collagen:

Collagen types 1 and 2 play a crucial role in the healing of herniated discs and alleviating back pain. Here’s how they contribute to the process:

1. Structural Support: Collagen is a major component of the intervertebral discs, providing structural integrity. Type 1 collagen is found in the annulus fibrosus (the outer layer of the disc), while type 2 collagen is predominant in the nucleus pulposus (the gel-like center). Adequate collagen levels help maintain the disc’s shape and function, which can reduce pain and promote healing. Here’s the collagen I take to this day: Ageless Collagen by Biotrust or Collagen + Turmeric if you want to kick it up a notch and combine the healing and anti-inflammatory power of both (over 10 years pain-free).

2. Tissue Repair: When a disc is herniated, the surrounding tissues can become damaged and inflamed. Collagen assists in the repair of these tissues by promoting the growth of new cells and supporting the regeneration of the disc structure.

3. Hydration and Nutrient Retention: Collagen helps retain water in the discs, which is essential for maintaining their height and elasticity. Well-hydrated discs can absorb shock better, which may alleviate pressure on the spine and surrounding nerves.

4. Anti-inflammatory Properties: Collagen may also have anti-inflammatory effects, which can help reduce pain and swelling associated with herniation and back pain. This is my favorite to tackle inflammation Collagen + Turmeric

5. Pain Relief: By promoting healing and restoring structural integrity, collagen can help alleviate pain over time, allowing individuals to regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Here’s an excerpt from Dr. Berg’s article on Back pain:

The Role of Vitamin D in Alleviating Low Back Pain

Surprisingly, vitamin D has a vital part to play in the management of low back pain. It’s not just about the sun and strong bones; this vital nutrient is also essential to our spinal health.

Vitamin D: The Unsung Hero for Your Spine

Did you know that low vitamin D levels are often found in people with chronic low back pain?

Studies have shown that adequate levels can help provide relief. So how does this work? Let me explain. This is the Vitamin D3 & K2: I take and recommend.

The Connection Between Vitamin D and Chronic Low Back Pain

Vitamin D helps maintain bone health by aiding calcium absorption. This function is critical because your lower spine carries most of your body’s weight, making it more susceptible to wear and tear if not adequately supported with enough calcium.

This correlation between vitamin D deficiency and persistent discomfort gives us insight into why maintaining healthy levels could offer natural pain relievers for those who need them most.

If you truly want to get rid of back pain, you have to focus on making changes and stop doing what you are doing to aggravate your back pain until you get the inflammation down and:

  1. Listen to my podcast with Dr. Caleb to learn how to address back pain at the root causes.
  2. 1. Let your body heal on its own by doing what heals it, and avoiding what makes your pain worse.
  3. Retrain your muscles and even your back so you can walk, sit, and stand properly to heal your back and neck pain (it’s all connected, remember?). See the books below.
  4. SLEEP on a high-quality mattress like this one or an organic one like this one
  5. Adapt the proper postures (this is very important, and you’ll learn why shortly, so keep reading…

Other Tools that Helped My Healing Journey

I, the founder, have shared this all-natural approach to healing your back pain (get the book that helped me heal) for good, for life, with friends and family, and now with you.

Here, you will learn how to reverse your back pain using the approaches in this amazing method I am about to reveal.   The method I am talking about is the Gokhale method, which you can find in the  8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back. book. This 100% proven-to-work method (I am living proof) will blow your mind and show you how to get rid of back pain forever.  You will feel relief within 24-48 hours as long as you dutifully follow its instructions and do exactly what the method says, no matter what.

Could you do that? Absolutely. I am living proof– I did, and today I am free of back pain and so very happy not only because I got rid of it naturally, but because I can finally help many back pain sufferers like you have a normal life and enjoy what you once enjoyed without pain.

The best part is that all of the techniques are illustrated.  I have read other books and tried back support bras, and I use a cushioned Anti-fatigue mat that I stand on while cooking. I can’t tell you what difference this has made.

This method is different as it teaches you several simple techniques that include untucking and anteverting the pelvis (without swaying the low back), strengthening certain abdominal and back muscles, and relaxing the erector spine muscles to restore optimal shape and length to the lower back;  just like an inversion table (This is what I use). Yes, it is over a hundred bucks, but when you have agonizing pain like I am sure you have right now, you will be willing to try anything. Wouldn’t you?

That is what I said. I am going to try it, what have I got to lose?

In the comments below, tell me. What have you tried to heal your back and has it worked?

As always, thanks for sharing my posts and spreading the word with friends and family.  Back pain is a serious, debilitating issue that no one ever wishes to endure.

To your best health,
