There are several types of foods that lower inflammation such as vegetables, some spices and fruits that have a low glycemic index like berries, kiwis and other high enzymatic fruits. Add to the list low-mercury healthy fish, healthy fats like the ones found in avocados, coconut oil, nuts and organic- pasture raised animals and you will be well on your way to a healthier you.
