    I have really bad seasonal allergies and I hate it. It ruins my entire day. I typically take Zyrtec and turn our diffuser on and it sometimes help. Another thing that my mom swears by is drinking 1Tbsp a day of Apple Cider Vinegar. Will try out some of your tips.
